NOTE:This was an issue with an earlier release when installing to a subdirectory, but was fixed before the current release. Be sure you are using version 1.0.0. Since you said you've tried reinstalling, I'm assuming this is not the problem.

If the templates are listed as installed, then the database queries were done correctly at installation.
Can you see the images when you click "Website Images" on the Admin menu?
