This update does the following:
Added the ability to replace files in the Forms and Documents Module without changing the filename.
Upgraded to TinyMCE v3.2.1.1 with improved Paste From Word in the WYSIWIG editor.
Script change in photo gallery to improve drop down (thanks Gigi).
Better naming of SQL Dump download in backup.
Some code cleanup.
